Who we are
We're a technology company with nearly a half-century of power control design and manufacturing roots... ongoing production that supports machines like the ones you use (see our legacy brand at www.pgcontrols.com).
We've successfully merged the intersection of Connectivity and Sustainability in a suite of technologies under the IntElect brand.
The immediate benefits of Connectivity in a near-term, retrofittable solution on a broad variety of platforms have driven this effort to be our top priority.

On the machine

This rugged, densely packaged module draws from our long history of controls for outdoor power equipment.
Important note... If there isn't an OBD/CAN connection, don't worry: we don't need one.
The IntElicon has been installed on a variety of machines, including mowers and snow removal equipment. (Here are three different ExMark mower models in our facility for complete sensor, wiring and module installation.)

Our Connectivity Solution:
From Cloud to Desktop
Data generated from Job start to finish is automatically transmitted to Cloud storage upon completion, with no supervisory or operator action... Data that cannot be altered or corrupted. It's an indelible record.
Calculations performed on Cloud servers convert the data to useful actionable Information, and presented for review by the Business on our IntEliverse desktop display (actual job example shown).
You'd expect to see mapping, of course. But we also provide important machine parameters... and we're adding more as our Partners discover the possibilities. We're developing Key Performance Indicator tools and associated display info and graphics, as well as automated Maintenance tracking. The scope continues to expand.
The current IntEliverse desktop is a browser-based solution that links machine data to Jobs, work Teams, and the Management staff. In the next few months we'll develop SDK tools and API rules/protocols to permit integration with Service Software and CRM used by the Business, seamlessly integrating the IntEliverse with Business Operations and Administration.
